Technical Support Agent (m/f/d)


  • 1st and 2nd level support for our products in English (and ideally German)
  • Provide technical assistance to customers around the globe via email and phone
  • Cooperate with our sales and development teams to stay updated and find the best solutions for our customers
  • Professional and easy-to-understand explanation of our products
  • Your Tools: Salesforce Desk, Atlassian Confluence, MS Office and Boxcryptor  


  • Technical Bachelor or higher
  • Skilled Windows, macOS, Android and iOS user
  • Experience in telephone and email-based customer service or technical support
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Service- and solution orientated
