Customer Success Manager (m/f/d)


  • Proactively build customer relationships
  • Track customer activity to identify churn risk and work proactively with key accounts to eliminate that risk while identifying upsell opportunities
  • Partner with our key accounts focusing on implementation of our solutions to drive overall customer adoption and success
  • Provide advice using our best practices and product knowledge
  • Close collaboration with our sales and R&D departments


  • Experience with cloud storage & IT security & SaaS industry
  • 4+ years experience in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Strong analytical skills and a quick learner
  • Excellent English and German communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills, ability to foster active relationships with key prospects and clients
